Mack Seeley

​

Mr. Seeley joined AMS in 2022 to teach guitar, ukulele and piano!

He started playing the piano at age 8. He has a Bachelor's degree in Music and a Master's in Music Education from the University of Florida.

In high school, Mr. Seeley performed with a variety of marching bands, symphonic ensembles and performed at the Berkeley College of Music Percussion Festival. He was also the lead singer and guitarist for bands he started with friends!

​

His favorite music teacher was Paul Borrello, his high school drum instructor. Mr. Borrello is remembered  as laid back, focused on the student interests and giving students room to experiment with music making while still being held to high standards.

Mr. Seeley's advice to younger musicians is to decide if they want to play an instrument very well - if you do, then practice something every single day!
